Warranty Claims Process

Please email [email protected] or contact your Posh Textiles customer service representative with any claims submitted under this warranty.

Posh Textiles will contact the customer within two business days of receipt of the claim to review the claim and recommend a resolution. Posh Textiles reserves the right to require the return of any damaged materials, at Posh Textiles expense—and to require photographic or other description of the claim before processing.
